Mission Statement
Australia Family Day Care was established to empower women to enter the workforce with the confidence and ability to succeed. Australia acknowledges that many migrants arriving in Australia either do not have the skill base to find appropriate employment or in fact have never worked before.
Australia Family Day Care's mission is to:
Empower women with the knowledge and skills to operate their own Family Day Care business – a business from which great satisfaction can be achieved through providing quality education and care programs to children to build a strong foundation from which they will become active members of society.
Provide quality education and care programs whilst supporting children’s development to progress towards the 5 Learning Outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Australia will facilitate the educative process required in order to meet minimum standards and then build upon this skill base so that educators provide quality care programs. We aim to support educators in their role by employing experienced, qualified Field Support Coordinators who can monitor and support educators through one on one advice and referral.
